  • Vitamin D3 30,000-50,000 IU once
  • Mushroom beta-glucans 2,000 mg every few hours one day
  • Zinc Spray every few hours one day
  • Melatonin 10 mg before bedtime (make sure you will have at least 10 hours to sleep and wake up naturally)
