Low-dose quercetin

“The possible mechanism of low-dose Que, in mice may be associated with its function as a heterochromatin stabilizer and its direct inhibitory activity against reverse transcriptase.”

Quercetin was tested at a concentration of 0.125 mg/kg mice body weight, i.e. the average person, weighing 75 kg, requires just about 1 mg of quercetin per day, according to my calculation.
